Our goal is to make it as easy and affordable as possible for you to calculate, reduce and report the impact of your business on the climate.
Our pricing and payments are transparent and open, with no hidden extras. Where possible, we use a single “all-in” fee that includes everything you need for the service you have chosen. Where additional fees are required we make this clear and publish the prices on this page.

“Road to Net Zero” Certification Programme
Our comprehensive monthly membership programme to help you implement all the components of a Net Zero plan step-by-step.
We have put together one programme, that combines all the best practises you need to start that journey on the right foot.
One monthly subscription, plus a one-off joining fee, gives you everything you need. The fee is based on your number of employees, making it affordable for every size of business.
Note: If the organisation has a group structure there is typically one membership fee for each subsidiary plus one for the group consolidation.
Subscription fees
Our subscription fees are based on the number of employees you have and include:
- Annual calculation of Scope 1-3 emissions
- Set Science-based reduction targets
- Help to create an action plan
- Stakeholder engagement (including facilitating workshops)
- Net Zero Roadmap/Climate Transition Plan (including climate risk assessment)
Additional support
If you need additional support, we publish a transparent schedule of fees for us to:
- Submit your data to CDP or SBTi.
- Verify a carbon footprint you have done
- Purchase high quality carbon credits

Carbon Reduction Plans
PPN06/21 and PPN006 (Procurement Act 2023)
If you are bidding for a government contract or seeking to supply under a framework agreement worth over £5m for Central Government or an arms-length public body (Procurement Act 2023), you must submit a “clear and credible” Carbon Reduction Plan that details your commitment to achieving net zero emissions by 2050.
We provide an affordable and accessible solution to create a compliant carbon reduction plan, complete the documentation and publish it on your behalf with a minimum of fuss.

There is an increasing demand for businesses to go beyond the minimum and create a plan that includes their full operational and value chain emissions covering scopes 1-3.
Our full scope Carbon Reduction Plans include:
- Calculation of your full carbon footprint including operational (Scope 1-2) and value chain (Scope 3) emissions.
- Setting of science-based reduction targets.
- Defining an action plan to reduce your emissions.

Supplier Carbon Reduction Programme
Our fully managed programme designed to help you engage your suppliers in your journey to Net Zero.
Supplier carbon reduction is one of the biggest challenges on the road to Net Zero, yet with supply-chains typically accounting for 74% of a businesses carbon footprint, it is critical.
We have put together a comprehensive programme to get your suppliers involved in calculating, reducing and reporting their carbon footprint to you.
Subscription fees
Our subscription fees are based on the number of employees you have and include:
- Supplier engagement plan
- Supplier surveys
- Automated supplier data collection
- Supplier impacts dashboard
- Supplier referral scheme available (fund the cost of your carbon journey)
Additional support
Our fixed-fee service is based on your number of employees. The only additional costs are:
- We may need to do a supplier screening if you have not yet estimated the scope 3 emissions for all your suppliers.
- We make an additional charge if you would like us to facilitate workshops with your suppliers.

Contributions to the wider effort
One of the unique aspects of the GCP programme has always been that we encourage our members to contribute towards wider climate impacts, and the “Road To Net Zero” programme is designed to encourage this further by recognising these contributions on your certificate.
We have several paid for contributions that we have chosen to adhere to the quality standards of: VERIFIABILITY, ADDITIONALITY, PERMANCE and NO UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES.
All our carbon credits are retired in a public registry to avoid double-counting.
Contributions to the wider effort
Trees are exempt from VAT but as of 1st September 2024, our Carbon Credits must have VAT applied to them
