Work in clusters of up to 12 businesses on a 6-month programme

PRE-BRIEFING (1-hour video meeting)

CLUSTER MEETINGS (6 months)

4 x MONTHLY GROUP MEETINGS (3 hours each)
Mix of video/face-to face (TBA)
1 x INDIVIDUAL VIDEO SESSION (1 hour)

GRADUATION

Face-to-face celebration of achievement (3 hours)

Commitment needed

Each participant must be prepared to:

Attend every meeting
Provide the data we need to do the calculation in the scheduled timeframe
Set reduction target(s) and agree a carbon reduction plan
Share the journey
